Right now we are loking for GTM Manager, Audio category (soundcore headphones and portable spekers) to work in our growing team to support business growth in exisiting and new categories

Responsibilities (what will you do)

We're looking for someone who will be a key contributor on the team, making an impact in the following ways: 

• Develop and execute the business plan and product strategy as part of a multi-year product roadmap;

• Define market-winning products that differentiate us from our competitors and increase our market share and expand our margins;

• Deploy global GTM efforts across the end-to-end customer journey;

• Conduct market intelligence and assess competitive positioning by comparing Anker Innovations portfolio to competitors' products and ecosystems;

• Create business frameworks where applicable;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align visions and priorities, including both customer-facing and operational components;

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including HQ GTM and PMs, Sales, Marketing as well as downstream dependencies in Finance, HR, Legal, etc.

• Definethe overall go-to-market strategy (4P and how-to) for assigned category;

• Prepare regular reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;

• Carry out market research&insight, demand collection, competition analysis, and working closely with product and regional teams to improve local portfolio Competitiveness.

• Working with clients, partners, and internal product development teams to help advance your product line.

Qualifications and skills required

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years as Senior Product Manager or Senior Go-To-Market manager;

• Work experience in CE industry. Experience working with following categories is a strong plus: Smartphone accessories (power & audio), iOT and Small Domestic Appliances; Audio categories preferred

• Product evangelist with an insatiable commitment to building meaningful product;

• Experience creating compelling and differentiated product propositions based on market needs, customer segments, and technical feasibility, aligned to a product strategy.

• Ability to empower and lead a multi-functional team to solve related to product/GTM/Sales/business challenges.

• Track record of successfully delivering technology products to market at scale, across global regions.

• Strong communication skills including engaging senior management on strategic plans, leading project steering committees, status updates etc.

• Spoken English at working level, Chinese will be a strong plus;

• Major in Sales or Marketing or Math/Engineering or related, bachelor’s degree or above;
