Inventory & Materials Replenishment Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory & Materials Replenishment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking inventory levels, analyzing inventory trends, placing purchasing and replenishment orders, ensuring that the company's stocks are effectively replenished in a timely manner to support production and operational needs.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Monitor inventory levels to identify potential shortages or excesses, adjust inventory levels accordingly.

  • Place purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels in plant with optimal transport units payload from suppliers.

  • Coordinate and cooperate with local and international suppliers to ensure on time in full delivery of goods or materials.

  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, create win-win collaboration with suppliers.

  • Manage all permission documents for import operations in full compliance with legal requirements.

  • Place replenishment orders to provide regular stock replenishments of fulfilment network points to ensure that the inventory is properly corresponds to real sales demand.

  • Ensure that purchase and replenishment orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Create and implement inventory replenishment plan.

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to achieve the required stocks turnover as well as minimize the risk of stockouts or overstock situations.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Analyze data and use data-based decision making to optimize inventories ensuring high level of stock availability.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Manage inventory management system and other supply chain systems to provide qualitative orders management process.

  • Generate reports on inventory levels, replenishment performance, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate inventory and orders status and resolve any issues related to inventory replenishment.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining inventory control policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, supply chain management, logistics, or related field.

  • Relevant experience of 2+ years, preferably in international companies.

  • Knowledge of order management processes.

  • Knowledge of P2P cycle.

  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

  • Knowledge of inventory management

  • Knowledge of 1C:ERP.

  • Fluent English.
